Our Women's Only classes 3x per week. For all women and mums with kids welcome, from new born upwards.
Free Wifi available so you can connect Ipads, TV and DVD's available, and a safe, viewable designated children's area.

OUR PROGRAMS
Welcome to CrossFit Hybrid: The strength and high intensity of CrossFit, without the high skill lifts of gymnastics. These high energy workouts are adapted to get you fit, strong and reach your goals in no time! Just good challenges and serious results.
If you are looking to get started, add variety to your week, an extra edge to your sports training, or just looking for some fun - we have you covered.

PREP COURSE
All new members to CrossFit Alpha Brave must complete our Foundations Course which is aimed to help you:

Don't worry, we don't through you straight into the main classes without any idea of what do to. The next step is to complete our Foundational "Prep" classes to learn all the fundamental movements of CrossFit.
