Email confirming that you have made your payment and registered for this challenge. This is so we can invite you to the Private Facebook page, and get numbers for the Nutrition Seminar and Body Scans.

All payment to be made in 1 complete payment by Saturday 18th of May


6x Weeks. 20th May to 30th June 2019

(Non members are welcome to join. 6 week Special for non-members)


- 2x Scans at the start and finish (You book in at a time that suits you)

- Nutrition Workshop 7.40pm 20th May (60min). Each participant will leave the seminar with a

nutrition plan to follow based on their needs.

Every week there is a goal for you, here is a brief explanation! Information on how to make those important changes to your nutrition will be covered at the Nutrition seminar on the 20th May so don't miss it! You will also have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and support each other throughout the challenge via your Private Facebook Challenge page.

1. Confirm your spot

Paying $149 in full to 02 03160485913025. Once you have paid, contact us via email or our Facebook page (@alphabravecrsosfit) to confirm your spot. If you are not a member of Alpha Brave Crossfit, we have a special BOOTCAMP membership that you can join for the 6 weeks at a separate cost.

2. Book your Body Scan.

This is to be done during Week 1 of the Challenge. A copy of this information is to be handed in to compare your results at the end of the challenge. More information on where to go for this will be sent to you once you have confirmed your spot.

3. Nutrition Workshop

Attendance to this workshop will give you the information you need to complete this challenge to the best of your ability. There will be two speakers, lots of time for questions, and you will leave the workshop with a Nutrition plan based on your needs.

4. Challenges

There are 4x challenges to help you focus on one major aspect of Nutrition each week. The private support page that we have for participants will be available to help guide you, provide a forum for questions/answers, and keep you motivated.

5. Final Week

During week 6, re-book in a second Body scan to see your results. You will need to hand in your results before 30th June so that results can be compared, and a CHALLENGE winner can be announced.
