Why are Onramp Classes important? Reduced chances of Injury - You will learn movements safelty and correctly in classes focused only on one or two things at a time. There will also be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and greater detail of each movements. Movement Scaling - These classes give the coach a chance to get to know you and what your body is capably of, modifying movements as needed. Social - Get to know others who are also starting! Plus it gives you a chance to get familiar with your surrounding before jumping into the main classes, and get a feel for the social atmosphere especially since we are a community setting. We emphasize on skill development and encourage all of our clients to be patient and take their time to build a good foundation through OnRamp. It is crucial to our program and your future success to take on every Work-Out-of-the-Day (WOD).
