Paleo Raspberry Muffins


These are grain and gluten free also! So if your looking for something which will warm up the soul like home baking does, these delicious treats are an awesome way to get the best of both worlds :)



All ingredients can be found at the local supermarket.


2 Large Eggs

3x ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup apple sauce

1x teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups almond meal

2x teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup flaxseed flour

1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)


Preheat Oven to 180 degrees. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray (or better yet - line with muffin cups)

Combine the eggs, bananas, applesauce, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Add the dry ingredients and mix gently.


Fold in the raspberries. Pour 1/2 cup batter in each muffin cap. Bake 20-30minutes, or until browned.


IDEAS - Add some coconut for a nice subtle taste and texture :)


Important: These are highly perishable, so should be refrigerated/frozen within a day of baking. nom nom!


Serves 6 :)
