Portobello Burgers
YUMMMMM, pretty much anything goes with these burgers. Using the portobello mushrooms as the bun offers a nice alternative to bread, as well as a unique, mouth watering taste. Add your favourite vegetable just as you would with any burger, avocados add a little something extra tot the taste as well.
If your not going "paleo", are vegan/vegetarian, or just looking for a meat free substitution, keep the bread buns and sub the meat for the mushrooms, still are just as amazing!
