One of the favourite healthy desert substitutes of all time from "I Quit Sugar" by Sarah Wilson.
2x Ripe Avocadoes
125ml Chilled Coconut Cream (it needs to be firm)
1/4-1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1x Table Spoon Chia seeds
1-2 Teaspoon granulated stevia OR 2x teaspoons rice malt syrup
1x Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch sea salt.
Whizz all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Scoop mousse into small serving dishes, then chill for at least 2 hours before serving
