All newbies to Alpha Brave CrossFit must complete this course within the first 30 days of becoming a member, or before you become a member. 

- Includes: 3x 75min Session.
  Covering the Fundamental Movements we do most often in class!


- Free Trial during the week to the CrossFit Classes!
  Practice what you have learnt and meet the awesome community.


-Sign up as a member first, and the course is FREE within the first 30 days, or $39 outside of 30 days.


Session 1:   Squat, Front Squats, Back Squats, Overhead Squats, Kettlebell Swings

Session 2:   Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Thrusters, Kipping, Box Jumps

Session 3:   Deadlifts, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Wallball Cleans, Snatch, Skipping

If you have ongoing experience with CrossFit, personal training, or other group fitness classes/gyms which uses similar barbell movements as CrossFit, you may skip the Beginners Course if you want at coaches discretion.
