Though all newbies to CrossFit and Alpha must complete this within the first 30 days of becoming a member, you can start your membership at any time.

If you have ongoing experience with CrossFit, personal training, or other group fitness classes/gyms which uses similar barbell movements as CrossFit, you may skip the Beginners Course if you want.

Session 1: Squat, Front Squats, Back Squats, Overhead Squats, Kettlebell Swings

Session 2: Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Thrusters, Kipping, Box Jumps

Session 3: Deadlifts, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Wallball Cleans, Snatch, Skipping
