3x Beginners CrossFit Classes

Beginners CrossFit classes run in 4 session cycles, every Tuesday at 6.30pm.

You can start any time, but for the best understanding, start at the beginning of the cycle.


First Beginners CrossFit Class is FREE

We recommend you sign up for a membership and participate in a full cycle of Beginners CrossFit while joining in to as many classes as you can!

3x  1:1 Personalised PT

If you want to be able to get a more personalised touch on your needs, organise dates and times that suit you, or want to learn everything in a week rather than 4x (or all of the above) then we recommend you purchase a PRIVATE PREP Beginners Course with one of our qualified coaches.



If you are new to CrossFit and are looking to get started with our gym Alpha Brave, you can contact us to trial a Beginners CrossFit class at 6.30pm every Tuesday. Follow these steps:

1. Contact us. Please contact us via our website link, book online HERE or email Let us know that you would like to trail the Beginners CrossFit Class and provide the following information:

 - Full Name

 - Contact Number

 - Email Address

 - DOB

 - Your Goals

 - Any other questions you may have and what you are looking to achieve with us.


2. Download our booking app ZEN PLANNER on to your smart phone. Once we have received your information, we will create a Trial Profile for you to be able to book into the Beginners CrossFit classes. You will receive an email with your password once this is done.

3. Book into your class. You have 60min to reserve and unreserve the class, please make sure to do both if you can/cannot make it. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier to your first class so that you can find a car park, meet the coach and fill out the necessary paperwork before class starts.


Your first session is FREE, and if you would like to continue with the Beginners classes, let us know and lets get you started.

Cycle Start Dates 

Remember, you can start the Beginners CrossFit Classes any time and just complete 4 consecutive sessions. These are the start dates of each new cycle.
