Christmas Eve Workout


This is the time to relax, be HUMAN, and enjoy all the simple peasures life brings, like food and wine!!! Don't feel guitly and use this time to reset and indulge. If you have time for a workout, here are some option. 1- if you make it to Alpha or another gym and 2. If you are at home or at the beach. ENJOY!!

WOD If you are heading to Open Gym:

1-5min 3x Rounds (warm up)

20x Plate Walking Lunges (e) Sc= 10/5kg Rx 15/15 RX= 20/15kg 10x Plate G2OH 5x Plate Hands off press ups (Feet on plate)

1min rest!

7-19min Ross Run 30kb Swings Sc-12/16kg RX= 16/24kg RX+= 24/32kg Ross Run 20x KB Swing Ross Run 15kg Swing Ross Run 30kg Swing

1min Rest (rest even if you didnt finish)

20min+ 21-15-9 Front Squats Sc= 30/20 RX=45/30 RX+ 60/40kg Pullups

HOME OR BEACH VERSION:

1-5min 3x Rounds (warm up)

20x Split Lunges (t) 10x Burpees 5x Pressups

1min rest

7-19min

2min Run (1min in each direction)

30x Squat Jumps 2min Run (1min there, 1min back) 20 Squat Jumps 2min run 15 Squat Jumps 2min run 30 Squat Jumps

1min rest (rest even if you didnt finish)

20min+ 21.15.9 Roly Burpees Sit ups/ V-ups
